About the Space
One floor with concrete floors which open to a large paver deck to the waterfront which is 20 feet away. Plenty of space for doing yoga under the willow. Nana wall doors open the entire space to the waterfront. Modern, luxury with sunsets and water views. Great venue for corporate events, yoga retreats, photo shoots and other gatherings needing a business and zen opportunity. Amenities include paddle boarding, ping pong or just relaxing on the dock. In addition, the host boat rental, captained by the host for your surfing, boarding or touring pleasure. Parking description
There is one space to park at the house and a large area up the driveway for 5 cars max. Please do not allow attendees to pull down the driveway as it is difficult to turn around. Additional parking is available at the Newcastle park n ride. This is a 2 minute drive from the space near the 405 freeway. Please arrange parking before arrival. You may consider a designated driver to shuttle from the Park n Ride or we can provide a shuttle service at no additional cost. Carpooling or Uber is encouraged.
General Rules
Enjoy the use of the entire main floor, outdoor paver patio, outdoor fire pit, and the dock. Please respect the owners quarters upstairs. Feel free to cater your event. Alcohol can be served til 10pm, there’s is an onsite bbq too. We kindly ask that smoking is only outdoors and to dispose the remains in the provided receptacles.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Disinfecting cleanings between bookings. Hand sanitizer and masks provided. All surfaces wipe with alcohol. Floors mopped. Please load and run the dishwasher prior to your departure and make sure to take the garbage and recycle to the receptacles outside the entry side door.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
