There is a lot of natural light surrounding you in the spacious house. Open concept kitchen, dining area, and living room. Large and clean garage for staging and setup of equipment. Full gym with equipment for fitness/health production. Private outdoor fenced yard with patio and grassy area. Some features include: - Spacious kitchen with beautiful appliances and details. - Garage Gym with squat racks and workout equipment. - 2 Fireplaces (Wood burning in grand-room, gas burning in living room) - Large backyard with deck, great outdoor entertaining area, bi-folding doors that create an inviting indoor/outdoor space for entertaining and parties. - Outdoor lighting, BBQ, Firepit, Outdoor TV. - High-Speed WiFi and Data cabling in every room for uploading high bandwidth for production streaming. - Surround sound whole-home system including backyard controlled by Airplay. Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Yes, I would book again.

This is my second time hosting at this space. It was perfect the first time for my baby shower and even better now to celebrate our son's baptism. Shahan is super accommodating. We truly enjoy this location.

Yes, I would book again.

My husband and I rented this space/house for our Daughter & Son-in-Law, to have their Baby shower, Shahan was there to meet us, and show us around on the day of our event, the house is beautiful, neighborhood nice. Everyone of our guests had the best time, if you want to host a party, THIS IS THE PLACE. Shahan was great when we met him that morning as well as when our event was over. Thanks for your hospitality.

No, I would not book again.

Overall great experience due to my turnout of the baby shower. When Initially viewing, owner stated access to everything in “smart house” downstairs but when got there was unable to use a/c on a very hot day . Also, when arriving, they were not done cleaning and I arrived at 12:15 when My start time was 1200. Other than that, great location and spacious.

This was a very beautiful venue. The house was gorgeous inside and out. It was perfect for my daughters baby shower. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. It was a very easy booking. I would definitely book here again.

We used Shahan's house for our photoshoot yesterday, which went very smooth. The whole team is super pleased with the images we got at the gym and the backyard/patio. Both are great locations for photos! Shahan was a pleasure to deal with - very accommodative, friendly, polite and responded to any request we had in seconds. Great and hassle-free experience!

The space was great for our shoot. the spaces are very "lived in" and makes for easy styling without much effort. Backyard and garage gym plus the rooms inside provided a great variety of set ups.
