We look forward to hosting you and are committed to providing a safe, healthy environment for your shoot/event.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Hand Sanitizer
Disposable masks / face coverings
Disposable gloves
Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Three level, newly built (3800 sqft under air) custom home with craftsman style wainscoting, European flooring and unique tiling throughout. Within walking distance to world renown San Clemente beaches. Abundance of natural light and vast ocean breezes exist throughout an open floor plan. High end chef's kitchen with adjoining family room and secondary, fully equip kitchen. La Cantina doors lead into a contemporary California room consisting of gas fireplace, sitting area and large screen television. Backyard posses stylish outdoor kitchen, high end spa (seating for 5-6 adults) and hot water shower. Our entrance is one step up from the driveway , French doors at front of house for easy access . 3 car garage is available to store equipment or use for stowing and keeping equipment out of sight. ( or can be used to accommodate 2 cars ).

We have a couple of choices , ground level and second floor.

All rooms are available for shooting

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

We have 3 electrical panels , 1 downstairs , 1 upstairs and 1 in the garage . All very accessible. Numerous outlets , over 100 .

Circuit breaker can be accessed

General Rules

No smoking or animals on premise. Outside catering allowed. No excessive noise as this is a residential area. Furniture moving allowed - must confirm with owner beforehand. Renter must provide current certificate of insurance.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture can be moved and wall decorations , must be placed back once finished. For Very large items please ask first.

Smoke machines are allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Nest doorbell at the front door w/ability to turn off.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
