Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

we used the space for 2 hours and spent most time trying to figure out how to do basic things like open the door, control the lights and music etc

I hosted my 7 hr birthday party at this venue sat dec 4th 2021. Kayla was amazing in connecting with me very quickly after my first inquiry, setting up a time for me to see the place in person and answering any and all questions I had about amenities and logistics. It was a super easy process. The day of my party the code at first wasn't working to open the venue, I called and quickly was able to get it to reset with no issue. We also had an issue with the wifi towards the end of the party and someone came to reset it within 5 mins and also allowed me to have extra time with no charge to make up for the dropped wifi. The responsiveness and customer service is top notch. My party which had 20 people was completely blown away by the venue, decor, music system and games available and kept asking me how I found such a cool place. I also loved that I could just show up with my own catered food and booze and set up my own music to the sound system. The venue would get 5 stars if there was a few small tweaks (the sound system only plays in the back room, the karaoke has a feedback delay because it's hooked to a sound bar, and the cleaning in between bookings could have been a little more thorough) besides that definitely recommend this spot or any of their other venues for your next party or event!
