Property is professionally cleaned before and after each guest. We also use ozone machine to sanitize the air quality in the property.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

With a beautiful modern-Themed décor combined with modern stainless-steel appliances, this wonderful 5-bedroom house is the perfect place to stay for a large family gathering or business meetings. Close to several places of interest and equipped with all the amenities you’ll need. Outdoors contains a hammock, a cabana, and outdoor chairs. The space is meant for having daytime activities in the living room or in the backyard of the party.

Parking description

The driveway is meant for one large vehicle such as a pickup truck or SUV. however the driveway can fit two small sedan sized vehicles. Street parking is very difficult since the street roads are very narrow. only one vehicle can fit in front of the property.

There is some natural light in the dining room area of the property. There are curtains to block out the natural light.

Ambient noise description

Noise is at a minimum during the hours of 7am - 5pm. After 5pm the street becomes busy however noise does not penetrate inside the home.

General Rules

- Weekend events will not be allowed. - Pets are not allowed. - No smoking inside or outside the property at all - Parties including baby showers, birthday celebrations or similar events will not be allowed. - Please note that we will be collecting driver license/passport info from the guest booking this place once you confirm your booking. - This person of contact must be 25 years or older. Also the code to the house will only be given to the person booking at the time of arrival - Reservation must end before 3pm same day

Security cameras and recording devices

Security cameras are located only on the outside of the property. There is a ring doorbell, a ring floodlight camera overlooking the driveway. Finally, there is two ring cameras in the backyard of the property.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
