About the Space
The living room is open for those who like to do photo shoots, have small gatherings, small listening parties, commercials. etc. The living room has a nice clean historic sitting and dining areas. There are four bedrooms for special photo shoots to promote Valentine's Day themes, etc.

Parking is located on the premises for two cars.
Parking available on the street as long as you honor the street sweeper days.
General Rules
- No Smoking (of any kind) inside or on the property. This is a smoke-free home.
-There are absolutely no pets whatsoever allowed in the house or on the premises of this property.

Security cameras and recording devices
Cameras are ONLY located on the outside of the property.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The house is clean and sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines and between guests including a focus on high touch points.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
