This incredible open kitchen sets the perfect backdrop for cooking demos, tv shows, and so much more. Miele appliances (double oven, gas stove top, and double fridge) anchor the space for a high end cooking experience. A spacious 10' island with built in gas stove top offers plenty of counter space for chopping, prepping, and displaying kitchen appliances and gadgets. The oven features a variety of cooking settings including roasting, baking, steaming, bread proofing, broiling and more. The kitchen's neutral color palette of white oak cabinetry and white quartz countertops set a backdrop complimentary for a variety of shoot settings. Behind the main kitchen is a hidden prep kitchen with an additional set of appliances (another gas range, fridge, dishwasher and more storage space) perfect to keep all the mess away from the camera.

This house is absolutely GORGEOUS. The hosts were so nice and accommodating and helped with anything we needed! This place honestly deserves an 11 out of 10 and I can't wait to book again!!

This house is absolutely ridiculous in the best way possible. The flawlessly designed interior of the house looks just as good, if not better than the posted pictures! Not to mention the beautiful backyard that created the perfect background atmosphere for our shoot. The host was beyond helpful, friendly, and accommodating which made the overall experience so much better. Ultimately, this place deserves more than 5 stars, and I would 100% book again!!

What a beautiful house! Looks just like the photos - well decorated, lots of natural light, and very spacious. The hosts were helpful and responsive and made our film day easy. Parking is a little tricky, so just make sure to coordinate with the hosts as there are some large parking areas for 1-2 grip trucks right next to the house. This is a wonderful location that we would be happy to book again.

The house is even more stunning in reality than in the photos. Daniel was very responsive and helpful both before and during the shoot. As for the logistical issues, it seems the hosts have now worked things out to both accommodate the neighbors (and city rules) while still being convenient for the crew. Parking was arranged at a private lot 5 minutes from the house. Daniel explained that they had previously used a lot further away before securing this one (which may be what explains the review saying the lot was ~15 min away). The hosts had two Tesla SUVs available to shuttle the crew at any time. Both the parking and the shuttle service were at no additional cost to us. The hosts had three loading areas available to us. One was a driveway across the street that could fit a truck of almost any size. The second was a backyard driveway of a house across the alley (just steps from the back gate of the house) - this space was very convenient because it was so close to the property. We could simply carry our equipment across the alley and into the backyard of the house. This space was big enough for a large sprinter van, but not for a truck. The third was a parking space on the property itself (accessed from the back alley). This space was the most convenient, but could only fit a small van or regular car. Overall our shoot went extremely well and I will definitely be booking here again!

Pros: The hosts were very nice and their employee Gabriel was very helpful and responsive to our needs around the house on the day of the shoot. The house is beautiful and looks exactly like it does in the photos. Cons: The logistics of shooting here were so difficult (and not truly disclosed until after confirmation) that our day was made 10x harder than it should have been. There is no real loading zone for anything other than a small car in an alleyway. You cannot have a sprinter van or a grip truck as all of the neighbors are taking photos of you the whole time and waiting to call the police if they see anything they deem to be out of line. They followed our crew and took photos of them wherever they were. You have to park your van in a driveway down the street and hand carry all of your equipment to the house and up stairs/through gates. It's massively inconvenient. Even having someone carry a single box from a car in the street is not permitted. The hosts have an employee watching for it at all times to prevent it from happening. If crew members are picked up in an Uber/Lyft they still are not allowed to be picked up in front of the house if they carry even a single bag out. There is also no street parking allowed without a permit that costs thousands of dollars. There are two Teslas that they offer to use to shuttle you from a lot ~15 minutes away, but they're not efficient and it can be hard to get them both running in a way that doesn't make your crew late to set (especially when one Tesla wasn't charged and couldn't be used). If you're running a photoshoot or film shoot with around 5 people present and you have almost no gear or equipment, then this place could work for you. We had over 20 people (including cast and crew) and it was an absolute nightmare to load/unload, and it was incredibly uncomfortable having neighbors follow you for photos, pop over the fence to watch you, etc... I would not recommend this location for any mid/large shoots.

Great space to shoot at. The owners are very helpful. But I would say keep your crew on the smaller side shooting here.

We did a photoshoot, overall the space was good, and Daniel was okay to work with, some mid-day complaints from the neighbors even though we weren't very loud at all - and they required us to park a street away even though we didn't have that many cars. But again, overall good experience, beautiful home.
