An intimate space for parties and performances. A small kitchenette and two bathrooms on handicapped. Also a ramp and Handicapped parking. A large front porch and beautiful restored interior Parking on site. A quiet street in the evenings. Surrounded by homes and small stores and churches. New comfortable furniture. A busy street and three blocks from the Governor’s Mansion and the Historic State Park, The Grove Mansion.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Yes, I would book again.

This was, hands down, the best experience I've had on Peerspace. I was hosting a last-minute graduation lunch for my sister, and I'd purchased some decorations to make the place look grad-themed. Upon arrival, I was greeted and immediately helped with decorating the room—this was completely unexpected, extremely helpful, and—honestly—saved the entire day. The room was decorated beautifully, and the speaker system worked perfectly. My sister's graduation lunch was private and special—just how she wanted it. I would 10/10 recommend this place. In the future, I'd recommend hiring the staff to handle decorating the venue instead of buying decorations yourself.
