All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

We are located on the hottest part of Sunset Strip next to world renown locations historic locations such as Rainbow Bar, Roxy, Whiskey Go Go and Viper Room. 25ft long high resolution LED wall can be customized for your event. High quality world class sound system and DJ equipment with customizable lighting through out the space. Full dining menu prepared by our chef, can be made available. Pizza shop next door is also part of the premise and the menu can be made available.

General Rules

No smoking in the space. There is an outdoor smoking section. Please turn off the airconditioning unit after leaving the space Outside catering is allowed No alcohol after 2am.

Security cameras and recording devices

There are 6 cameras, 4 inside and 2 outside for security purposes. May not be turned off unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
