About the Space
Let me tell you everything about THE SUNSHINE ROOM! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ❕INTERIOR ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This room has 2 walls with “waist to ceiling” windows, covered with white sheer curtains, simple white wall behind kids’ area. Wood + lace wall in “texture” corner, white curtains behind the bed, and brick wall for the sofas & door area. The floors are pine with blue stain. Small bathroom with toilet, sink, and a mirror. The ceiling is about 9ft tall and it’s about 800sft. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ❕LIGHTING ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Perfect during the daylight at any weather till an hour before the sunset. There are some string lights on the wall and teepee. You are welcome to bring your own lighting! If lighting panels are available I am happy to put them in the room for you! :) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ❕DECOR & VIBE ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This one is definitely warm, light, airy, and gentle. There are 4 “photography zones”. Boho kids play-area with retro wooden toys, vintage dolls, stuffed animals, a huge bear, and a rocking horse. Flower swing decorate with flowers and greens. Chair and floating flowers. Corner with wooden wall and different textured fabrics: such as knitted, lace, sheer fabric, fur with candles and mirror. Renaissance style sofa and chair with brick wall, door, and floral composition. Area for newborn photography and seasonal decor. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ❕BEST FOR (in my opinion) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Any genre will be beautiful in there, perfect natural lighting for newborn photography as well.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
