About the Space

NATURAL LIGHTING Perfect on a sunny day during the daylight till an hour before the sunset, still very bright and smooth on a gloomy day till 2 hours before the sunset. ADDITIONAL LIGHTING There are 6 2ft*4ft lighting panels, that create natural-like continuous lighting. They light up the room evenly and are identical to natural lighting, you can shoot anytime and under any weather conditions- lighting will stay perfect no matter what! Super easy to work with. Most of the photos you are seeing on the website or ig are taken with those being on. BATHROOM&HEATING -Small private bathroom with toilet, sink, and a mirror. -Heater is installed in this room. It’s warm and cozy 🙂 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

Great Space! Warm and cozy. The décor instantly makes the images look great. I used my own lights for proper color and quality of light.

The space was amazing! Anastasia was very accommodating and was super helpful, she really made the process a breeze. All of her spaces are beautiful and creative, really made the space a joy to shoot in. Will definitely be booking again soon!
