Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Our studio, office area, bathrooms and common areas are cleaned and disinfected after each session. We ask clients to bring their own hand sanitizer and face mask for their comfort and safety.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

About the Space

Nice clean and versatile video and photography studio to help aid creatives achieve their vision. Our space is great for fashion photo shoots, video production, product photography and livestream segments. Our studio is equipped with: - 23' wide x 17' deep White Cyclorama Wall - Central Air Conditioning - Dressing Room with Vanity Station - Two Clean Bathrooms - 8 Feet Wide Seamless Paper background ( Canary Yellow, Brick Red, Standard Grey ) - Hanging China Ball Light Fixtures - 2 Hanging Fluorescent 4x4 Light Fixtures

Parking description

Our location has seven parking slots and more parking in our equipment loading area.

Space does not have natural light

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

Our studio has does have some noise from the AC, but not enough to be excessive. In the past we have just recorded room tone and noise printed out the slight noise the AC makes. We do occasionally have noise from the ground keepers. Typically we ask them move to a different area or take a break. We usually stay on top when the lawn crew comes and try to schedule it around it if at all possible.

Equipment loading description

We do have a loading dock for clients that wish to bring their own camera equipment and props for a shoot when renting our studio.

Staging area is available

We have a makeup/dressing room for clients. Our bathrooms can also double as dressing rooms especially for a co-ed shoot..

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

Our audio and video editing suites are not for shoots.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Circuit breaker can not be accessed

General Rules

No Smoking in the Building No Alcohol or Drugs No Firearms or Weapons No Pets ( unless they are part of the shoot and are trained ) No Loud Music that disturbs other in the office and complex All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing Equipment and or Furniture must be moved back to where you found it Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

If we have furniture or decorations on site to be used by those that book the studio, we ask that said items be handled with care and put back where they belong. Excessive damage, such as breaking furniture or decorations to the where they need repair or replacement will be charged to the client that booked the studio.

Smoke machines are allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Oue security cameras are located outside to protect our clients, their equipment and our establishment. There are no recording devices in our bathrooms and dressing rooms.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
