A beautiful yard awaits you at the Carriage Estates located in the prestigious area of Rancho Cucamonga. This property boast of an 8,000 square foot yard equipped with ample space that can host over 200 guest. You will have access to not only a gorgeous yard but the property also allows you access to their pool and spa, custom built bbq island and basketball court. Event staffing is complimentary and mandatory at each event to ensure your experience is unforgettable! This is an ideal location for: Weddings, Birthdays, Special Events etc! Estate Guidelines The Carriage Estate is a venue space for intimate gatherings large or small such as birthdays, corporate events and weddings. We do require you fill out a waiver to access the pool and we ask that no food or beverage is consumed while swimming. As stated before there will be onsite staff during every event that will manage the accessing of the property and the departure of all guest. We ask that you keep the noise level at a respectable volume after 10pm for our neighbors and sound ordinance. CLEANING / DAMAGES Although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in there will be a cleaning fee to meet COVID standards to ensure our guests health. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, a 1hr setup and teardown time can be accommodated upon request. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS Glitter or confetti can not be used. All ages are allowed -Pool parties require a waiver -Property hours are 8am to 12am weekends
