About the Space
This studio is on a four acre property located at the edge of The Woodlands, TX. We have both indoor and outdoor shooting venues for film production, photography, workshops, band rehearsals (after business hours) and more. This listing is for our small photography studio which measures 25’ x 12’ with an 8’ high ceiling. We have other studios on site if this one is too small, or you prefer to shoot using out outdoor sets. See our other Peerspace listings. Rates shown are for standard business hours (8am-5pm, M-F). Evening, Weekend and Holiday rates ate 1.5x the standard rates.

Health and Safety Measures

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
