There are windows down one side of the studio that let light in which can be used as daylight. A lot of photographers use them as daylight but they are tinted slightly so the photographer needs to adjust their settings accordingly.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
WELCOME We're the perfect place for you to host your next shoot. We've got 750 sq ft of space ideal for small/medium teams. The studio is in a building of artists so can look a little rough around the edges on first appearance - but we like to think that adds to the charm We're good for everything from fashion, to portraiture, to still life, whether it's commercial or personal. We are really friendly & committed to making sure your day goes well. With the current Covid-19 restrictions in place - we’re definitely big enough to bring a team in and still maintain social distancing. Our surfaces are cleaned regularly after each hire. -- We offer full days of 8 hours and half days of 4 hours (am and pm slots - 10-2/2-6) Full Day: £240 Half Day: £120 You can have overtime - it is charged at £30 p/h (from 8am all the way to midnight) -- THE KIT IS PRETTY BASIC & REFLECTS THE PRICE OF THE STUDIO HIRE Window light comes in & although this isn’t a “daylight studio”, a lot of photographers make use of this light (depending on weather). Ambient noise description
You can't really hear the neighbours so the ambient noise on the floor is ok. There are no appliance noises etc., however the building is near the City Thameslink train which can sometimes be heard very faintly. Short films, music videos, instagram content, TikToks and YouTube influencers have all worked in the space no problem.

You can load in through the front of the building from the A40 but there is no loading bay or allocated parking space.

There is a room adjacent to the studio than can be hired as a break out room as long as you give enough notice.

Electrical system description
There are approx 10 power outlets in the space. The circuit-breaker is in a different space but the security guard has access to it if necessary.

General Rules
Extras that are chargeable on the day: any damage or soilage to the colorama backdrop at £10 per metre.
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
