Spacious, charming, open, and beautiful 3500 sqft space, with hardwood floors, exposed brick, high ceilings and great natural light makes this an incredibly unique and flexible space. From dance/yoga classes to photo shoots, artist rehearsals to workshops, Weddings, receptions, Baby showers, birthdays, bridal showers, creative events, or corporate events, we look forward to welcoming you to our space. This space features the charm of an old industrial urban space with beautiful wall art, and mirrors running through the entire space. Its vibrant, colorful, and positive vibes are very inviting and sure to make your event a grand success! INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL • 6 10ft round tables • 3 6ft long table • 130 chairs • Complimentary party lights throughout the space • Sound System (for use with iPhone, or laptop) • Handheld and lapel mics • Wi-fi • Two washrooms • Kids play area • Turbo Fans • Neon and other flashlights for video/ photo shoots The space is essentially "yours" for the time requested, so we kindly request that you treat our space like your home.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
