Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

For your safety we are 100% complying with our county, city and Covid-19 rules. We observe time spacing between visitors and cleaners.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

This Airy & Open Corner Oasis welcomes you, friends or family to enjoy a space equipped large kitchen and huge backyard featuring a sparkling pool and space for enjoying the sun, shade or a mixture of both. Perfect location for filming with spacious interior and exterior. 10k SF lot with pool.

Street and Driveway. Driveway has 4 spaces. Residential area with plenty of parking.

General Rules

NO SMOKING INSIDE HOUSE. Must be 25 yo and present at all times in this rental Quiet Hours start at 10p. Pool is 5.5 ' deep at both ends, there is no shallow end. Pool heating fee of $50 per day, must be pre-arranged prior to arrival. Available for Nov-Dec only. There is no pool gate for children and infants, please be cautious - swim at your own risk. Alarm on all doors leading to pool.

Ages 21+

Security cameras and recording devices

Exterior cameras used only to verify renters ON - located at front door. Backyard cameras used only if an issue arises. OFF. Additional exterior cameras always off, used only if issues arise. No recording devices of any kind in the interior of the home.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
