Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Space is cleaned and disinfected regularly. High-touch points are wiped down and sanitized often. Hand sanitizer is available within the location. Masks can be obtained upon request.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Parking description

Paid covered parking is available 6am - 8pm at this location. There is additional parking garages that neighbor the location, as well as paid street parking availability.

General Rules

Beginning January, 15th 2022, all guests 12 years and older must have one does of the COVID-19 vaccine and two doses of the vaccine by February, 15th 2022 to enter this space. This is required by the District of Columbia. Events are able to be held from 5:30pm until 11:00pm Monday through Friday. Weekend hours are available from 9:00am until 11:00pm. Exclusive access is not promised or guaranteed as this is a shared work environment and our members have 24/7 access. We only reserve one floor at a time to minimize crossover. Smoking inside is prohibited. Outside catering is allowed. You may bring in your own food and libations if desired. It will be up to the reserver to ensure everyone consuming alcohol is of legal age. Furniture may be moved around but all furnishings must be returned to it's original state.

Security cameras capture visual motion 24/7 throughout the common spaces, corridors, and entry points. The building also has security cameras that capture visual motion throughout the building lobby and entry points.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
