View our virtual tour here; https://vimeo.com/772210615 Minimum rental timeframes M-F 9pm-5pm: 2 hours M-F 5pm-4am: 4 hours Sat: 4 hours Sun: 4 hours Security Fee: M-F 9pm-5pm: No charge for the first guard M-F 5pm-4am: Required Sat-Sun: Required 1 security guard is required for every 75 guests. Charged at $30/hr per guard Host Fee: A host is required to be present for all events. Charged at $20/hr. The fee may be waived for bookings during regular operating hours. Other costs to consider: - Bartender: A certified bartender is required to dispense all alcohol. - Overflow Parking Lot: $375 All events over 100 attendees are required to secure this overflow Parking lot. - Cleaning Service: All events over 100 attendees are required to secure this cleaning service. - A minimum rental rate of $2,500 is required for any Saturday bookings starting or extending past 3pm. Event Insurance Requirement: A certificate of insurance for bodily injury and property damage liability protection in a combined single limit amount of no less than $1,000,000 is required with each rental. We'd recommend using TheEventHelper.com to secure your insurance. Please list the following as an additional insured party on the COI. Please ensure that host liquor liability coverage is included if you will have alcohol on site.
