2 spaces available in driveway and 2 spaces on the street are typically available. Since this is residential space, the distance of street parking is variable.
General Rules
No smoking in any building.
Outside catering is allowed.
Guests may not access indoor spaces other than the bathroom (i.e. kitchen, dining room) without express written agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space is outdoors and has ample ventilation and opportunity for spacing. Tables, chairs, and handles are disinfected 8 hours before arrival. Only one event is allowed in the space per day. For yoga classes, guests must bring their own mats. Hand sanitizer is available.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
