About the Space
Our 5th floor penthouse community room would be great for dinner parties, conferences, cocktail parties, fitness classes - really anything you can imagine! There are large windows with panoramic views of downtown and the West Hills. There's a counterspace for displaying goods, laying out a buffet dinner, etc. The room had its own sound system and a large flatscreen television. There are two restrooms down the hall. Add-on part of the outdoor roof terrace for your group and enjoy the views and fresh air!

Absolutely perfect first Peerspace experience!! Lauren was helpful and responsive. The on-site staff even brought us pitchers of ice water! The space was clean and lovely. Our little get together was a success! Thanks so much!
