The stylish blend of modern and classic design gives this lofty townhouse a wonderfully inviting atmosphere. - Free parking is available. - If you're biking, we have space to securely store your bicycles. In addition to a conference area that accommodates 4-6 people, there's a cozy sitting area for three. Extra chairs can be provided if needed. Rest assured, there are no hidden fees. If you require anything, just let us know. Our amenities include: - WiFi - Three 55-inch flat-screen TVs - A massive chalkboard wall - Whiteboards available upon request - Notepads and flipcharts upon request - A Keurig coffee machine with complimentary coffee - A wide selection of teas - Apple TV output We also provide plates, cups, and utensils for food orders. Catering can be arranged through our concierge service ([email protected]). Wine glasses and any additional items are available upon request—just let us know in advance. If you need assistance with extra furniture, A/V equipment, or any other services or items for your booking, please inform the concierge. Our conference tables can be easily folded and removed if necessary. Additional storage space is also available. The expansive 1,000 sq. ft. multi-level production area (see photos – featuring two private rooms upstairs) can be used for post-meeting receptions or cocktails, or for the entire meeting/event upon request (events are charged at an additional hourly rate).
