About the Space
Mural filled space created during Covid shutdown. Perfect backdrop for photo shoots, commercials, video production and music videos. We are currently not hosting private parties or events but plan to in the future. Features: Mural backdrops by some of the Bay Area best muralists. Colorful pavement mural under it all. Private Space

Building ownership and Umbrella Alley need to be named as additional insured on general lability policy. Minimum 1 million coverage.

Outdoor security cameras in all public facing areas.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We operate with the latest San Francisco and CDC guidelines and recommendations.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
