About the Space
This space can be used for a variety of options including photo and video shoots. Unit is a 2 bed, 2 bath condo in the basement/garden unit of a 4 unit building. There is very low light throughout the day which is beneficial for photo/video light manipulation. Outdoor area of the condo has a variety of unique urban looks as well including but not limited to: Graystone buildings, trees, small dog park area, intersections, variety of Single Family Homes and apartment buildings. Condo is on a one-way boulevard. Family friendly as well. Space can also be used for small gatherings at host discretion

Amazing space , footage look similar to the space . VERY CLEAN AND SMELL FRESH. I will definitely use this place again . I felt safe in the area and the host was amazing ! Definitely recommend!
