COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We clean and disinfect the entire space before and after each booking.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable masks / face coverings

The space has the following features:

Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
Space has HEPA-certified air filters

About the Space

This luxurious and feminine salon suite is perfect for making demo videos and photo shoots, or even intimate classes. It has one entire wall of windows that brings in lots of bright natural lighting. The style is soft and glamorous with a pops of pink and lavender. The velvet settee and black accent wall, sprinkled with peony flowers is a perfect backdrop for just about anything!

Lighting description

There is one entire wall of windows that bring in plenty of natural light. We have floor to ceiling shades to completely cover the windows. The brightest time of day in the suite is just before sunset.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

There isn’t too much ambient noise, however I am in a space with 32 suites and there may be some light chatter or music coming through.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

The entryway, hallways, bathroom, and any other common areas are off limits to shoot.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Circuit breaker can not be accessed

General Rules

No smoking in or around the building. All guests must wear masks or face coverings, unless you are the subject of a photo or video shoot. DO NOT use any products or styling tools. You must provide your own tools and products.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Smoke machines are allowed

No nudity allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

There are video surveillance cameras at the entrance to the building and in front of the salon door. There are no cameras within the salon.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
