Bright, clean, minimal condo centrally located between Denver, Boulder, and Longmont. With beautiful new wood flooring and sunlight pouring in from a large sliding glass door, this cozy apartment home is perfect for: -Photo & Video shoots -Social media content creation -Small meetings -Yoga sessions -Private dance lessons -Girl's-Night-In get togethers Special features: -Two large 6ft mirrors (perfect for yoga sessions, dance privates, and personal training) -Magnetic chalkboard wall (great for meetings or workspace) -Balcony with chic hanging chair swing -Open layout in living room -WiFi and printer -Free, easy parking close by Clients have access to living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony. Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Yes, I would book again.

I was very pleased with the space! Dani was a great host, incredibly friendly and helpful! It worked perfectly for our shoot! I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to film an apartment scene!

Just an absolutely amazing space to shoot in! The natural light is wonderful in the space and great for boudoir.

Super adorable host and space! Dani is a perfect host with amazing: communication, directions, map, and instructions. It is a beautiful space, very quiet, and super clean, with great lighting, decorations, for a cozy show place. It is a show place and will make any production shine like a picture from a magazine. Everything was awesome! Thank you again Dani for everything!

Yes, I would book again.

Dani is an awesome host, we experienced numerous snowstorms that caused us to have to reschedule on short notice. She was amazingly flexible and accommodating to these unforeseen complications. In addition she was able to make arrangements for me to review the space before the actual booking. Her space is very charming, easy to work in, ideal for a photo shoot! Will almost certainly book again!
