Our versatile space offers 2 buildings and an enormous courtyard that can be transformed in endless ways to meet your event expectations. The FRONT building comes with: -a basic KITCHEN with sink, fridge, microwave, griddle, airfryer (no stove or oven), a large table, and extra kitchenware, like bowls, cups, serving utensils which may be utilized as long as they are cleaned and placed back in the kitchen. The kitchen has exit doors leading to the back of the courtyard where BBQ grills, smokers, etc can be used for catering or additional food prep. Guests may bring in any food and beverages of their choice and /or catering. No selling of items, including food or alcohol, on the property without the proper County permits /licenses, insurance coverage, and prior consent -a small CONFERENCE ROOM with a smart TV that can be used for a multitude of things including storage -a UTILITY AREA where cleaning supplies will be provided. -3 BATHROOMS, one includes a small shower -in the front of the building there are office rooms and a reception area which are generally OFF Limits, however with explanation and prior consent, there may be exceptions. No one lives on this property. It is a school-type business. The BACK building has the perfect pillar entrance and ‘stage’ that leads into a large, tiled MULTI PURPOSE AREA with: -2 BATHROOMS -2 additional, smaller ROOMS; each equipped with a smart TV. -50 CHAIRS and 12 TABLES are included in the space rental The building space is used during weekdays and is cleaned and sanitized daily. Any materials, furniture, supplies etc can be moved out of the room(s) for your decoration or set up needs; however, the rooms must be returned to their original state after the event or a back charge will apply. It is recommended that a 'before' picture be taken prior to event set up so the original space can be recreated afterwards, during clean up. The space rental includes a DUMPSTER/disposal area, located in the parking lot area. Guests are to throw away their garbage/trash bags in the dumpster after clean up (up to 10 large, heavy duty garbage bags). Any garbage that does not fit shall be taken off the property, especially alcohol. The huge COURTYARD comes with: -3 sturdy GAZEBOS with bar side tables -outdoor LIGHTING -a cement ‘dance floor’ centered in the middle of the courtyard -a basketball hoop (that can be moved) for casual or sport events -palm trees for a tropical vibe -wheelchair access from both buildings -SIDE ENTRANCE AREA can used for extra parking or seating as well as, it's the location where vendors with large units should enter, this area can accommodate BBQ grills, smokers, etc which can be used for catering or additional food prep. -an ENORMOUS GRASS LAWN that can accommodate additional seating, event tent(s), large inflatables, such as a mechanical bull or extra large water slide or bounce house(s), etc. The area is also large enough for athletic training, yoga sessions, any kind of outdoor seminars or classes, art lessons, craft/ vendor fairs, mini carnival set ups, outdoor plays, backyard jam sessions, luxury picnics, the possibilities are truly endless. Due to circumstances out of our control, parking is limited to about 35-40 vehicles. We have hosted weddings, birthdays, baby showers, graduation parties, casino nights, professional trainings, seminars, reunions, vendor fairs, intimate musical performances, fundraisers, etc.

This place is a great place to throw a party. Indoor and outdoor space is big. I had my daughter's 6th bday celebration here. Michelle is so nice and attentive. Booked this space for my daughters 1st birthday party, and I am so glad I did. First and foremost Michelle, the host, was very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. She was very quick with responses before the party and during. We had about 100 guests and we had more than enough space. The rules for the event and clean up were straightforward, and easy to follow. I am so glad I booked this space and I plan to book again and refer this space and Michelle to anyone that is looking for a venue.

When i seen this venue my daughter fell in love with it. My daughter wanted her sweet 16 party there. Michelle is amazing and a sweetheart! Booked this venue for our 1st baby shower/gender reveal, DEFINITELY would recommend! Michelle, the host, was super welcoming and accommodating. She really is the best! The rules were easy to follow, as long as you treat the place with respect as if it’s your own. Clean up is pretty straightforward. The space was big enough to hold our 150+ guests and could have definitely comfortably fit 200 guests with extra space for games, activities, etc. Perfect for any gathering, so much potential for decorating and party planning.

So we booked the space for my baby shower, and Michelle, the host, went above and beyond to assist with any of our needs. She was very down to earth, welcoming, she is definitely a super host. The venue itself was exactly what we needed, the indoor outdoor option was very nice to have things separated. The multiple bathrooms was also a plus but the outdoor space was ideal for any event with kids. The fact that you can close the gates and be able to let your smaller kids play/ roam without having to worry about them running to the street is 100% what sold me on booking this place. I would 1000% book this venue again for my future events.
