Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

The space has informational signage including:

About the Space

Conference room is ideal for small meetings or workshops (6-8 people). Beautiful natural lighting and organic elements (potted plants, wood flooring, maple table, hand-crafted and vintage lighting fixture). Space includes conference table and 8 chairs. In an adjacent room, a mini fridge, water cooler, and Keurig is also available for use. The room includes a TV with HDMI output for presentations as well as a glass whiteboard.

Parking description

There is a paid parking lot in the back of Division Street as well as metered parking on Main Street.

General Rules

No smoking in the building. We welcome and encourage you to bring or purchase food/coffee from our local neighbors. Guests must put any trash in the waste bin. There is no sink in the office, so we ask that any liquid left overs be poured into the public restroom sinks down the hall.
