About the Space

My colorful home is the perfect photo spot! I have a huge comfy couch, 7/8 foot mirror, fun blue & white kitchen, and a fireplace living room with color coded shelves. I also have a painted arch and a backyard you can use as well. Our AC is always cranking and you will have access to 4 different possible photo spots in the downstairs area of my home including the pictured funky wallpapered bathroom. Has been booked by companies including Grubhub and Titos Vodka!

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer

Grace has a space with beautiful light! She was present at the home during my session, and was mindful of the room that I needed to shoot. Ubers take a while to get there, so do keep that in mind!

Host was responsive from initial reach out for location questions and extra photos - and throughout the shoot. Space was exactly what we needed to have successful shoot - we mainly shot in kitchen, living room, and master bedroom bathroom

Grace was a wonderful host and very responsive throughout the whole process. The space is exactly as it looks in the photos and even felt bigger once we were in there working. The light was perfect and her home was the perfect backdrop for our merchandise photo shoot.

So beautiful and clean! This space really looks even more beautiful in person that it does in the photos. And it looks beautiful in the photos! 🥴 So much depth to this location as far as places to take great photos and looks. Grace is very kind and just let us do our thing.
