Bushwick Versatile Minimalist Loft Apartment

Welcome to our Versatile Minimalist Loft ! A bright minimalist space in the heart of Bushwick with mid-century modern and designer touches. This space is ideal for photo and video shoots that need a clean, bright but also relaxed lived-in backdrop. The layout is designed to act as a dual purpose space with all the functionalities of a home but also flexibility of shooting studio-style shoots. The wall near the window is kept clear as a classic blank backdrop for fashion or product content and the furniture makes for other fun shoot set ups, I love this space as I can get different styles of shots (product, beauty, fashion) in one place especially when utilizing the changing natural light during the day. Some furniture such as coffee & dining tables can be moved to suit your needs! The key features of this apartment are the white floors which highlight any subject manner flatteringly and bounces light softly onto the subject, the low profile dreamy bed set up, huge 7ft mirror, and the window seat/window wall where the harsh light comes in before the evening. There is also rooftop access you can take photos on + A BUNCH of colorful murals (that bushwick is so famous for) right outside which is another convenient shooting option to switch things up but as a photographer myself I have easily spent 4-5 hours just shooting in different corners of this space. The kitchen and bathroom are towards the back of the apartment at the entrance so its something to note that they are not naturally lit well but are available for use (no cooking) but feel free to get catering . The apartment has flat light most of the day and harsh light on clear days between 4-5pm currently (please check with me for more accurate harsh light schedules) Dimmable Ring light provided + Tripod are available for use with the booking. Speaker + LG short throw projector also available and included (can be used in creative photoshoots or events). Located in the heart of Bushwick, a super close convenient 2 blocks from the L train and street parking is all around.
