About the Space
This space is used for pop ups, art shows, hosting classes, corporate events, first weekend in the west bottoms events, wedding receptions, photography, filming, or other activities. The space has three bathrooms, loading dock - great outdoor smoking area in nice weather, and big loading doors. There are few alcoves for space separation and beautiful pillars in the center of the room. AC and heat first floor.

General Rules
Catering is encouraged. No smoking inside building or use of freight elevator. No pay at the door “ parties” / late night parties supported at this facility. Clean up is responsibility of host unless fee paid. Security deposit required. No confetti/glitter. Events prices are based on size, Event type and length.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
