COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Cleaning is done daily and between each schedule booking

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Classroom/Corperate Events that sit 20-30. Photographer /Video Sessions, Backdrops and Lighting are available, Speaker and Mic available. This space is created for any set up to do personal, family, products and business portraits. Talk show can be recorded…must bring own equipment.

Parking in the front of the building is available and the back.

General Rules

No smoking allowed No Alcohol is allowed (only for pictures only). Appointments after 6 pm Mon-Fri needs to be approved first. Appointments after 12 pm on Sat and Sun needs to be approve first

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Camera are in the lobby area and photo room. Cameras are always recording.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
