I really enjoyed my time at the studio! I received a lot of assistance with getting my backdrop set up. I also was appreciative of there being ring lights, tripods and studio lights that were user friendly!

I'd like to start off with some of the things I did like about this space. The space had a nice variety of backdrops, props, and lighting equipment to use. the "staff" were nice. The main studio was spacious and the smaller adjoining rooms were also available for us to shoot in. Now onto the things that needed improvement. Despite all the non-smoking signs indoors, upon entering the space we were hit with the smell of weed. We also arrived right at our booking time and there was a group of kids hanging out in the entrance room. When we tried to ask for clarification on who the staff was and what space we were meant to be in, no one seemed to have an answer. None of the add-ons we had picked in our booking were set up upon arrival, and every time we tried to use something we rented, we had to search for staff to help. This, on top of the group of kids still hanging in the entrance, cut into our studio time we had booked for. During our shoot we were locked into one of the rooms and had to use the emergency exit to go back in through the entrance in order to get out. We had also rented black and white backdrops, neither of which were dropped down for us to use for the entirety of our shoot. Our photographers ended up talking to three different "staff" members, and it wasn't clear who actually worked there. Upon packing up and leaving the studio once again smelt strongly of weed. When we arrived home, all of our stuff and clothes stunk of weed because of this (this includes expensive costumes and equipment we had brought with us). The surrounding area wasn't the best, and by the parking there was what looked like a medical sharpes bag in the parking lot. Unfortunately, while the space itself wasn't bad, the overall handling of our booking was very unprofessional and disappointing. We will be requesting a refund due to the loss of studio time due to their negligence.
