This urban trendy loft provides guests with a comfortable one of a kind experience. There is minimal furniture in the loft so you will have adequate room for your event or meeting. This venue is perfect for intimate and upscale dinners, brunches, baby showers, engagements, birthday parties, photoshoots and meetings. Facing South, it's offering you the best sunset and breathtaking skyline views, Smart TV, and high-speed WIFI, and Keyless Automated Access. You can bring in outside catering, alcohol, or use one of our in-house vendors (Chef, caterer, videographer, photographer, event coordinator, event decorator, Bartender, servers, and more). You can also rent cocktail tables ($10), 6-foot tables ($15), and chairs ($2) for an additional charge. You are able to move furniture as long as you put it back at the end of the booking. If you have a max budget or special request, please reach out and let me know personally and I will do my best to work with you. On weekends a 4-hour booking is highly preferred/ recommended. -Karaoke machine for rent for $25 -Outside food/ catering is allowed -Alcohol is allowed -A DJ is NOT allowed -Cocktail tables ($10 per), long tables ($15 per), table cloths (included in table rental), and chairs ($2 per) available for rent. **Please note: When booking please include adequate time for set up and clean up after your event is over. Pricing is subject to change based on demand and increases for special holidays. There is an up-charge for nights and weekends** Failure to properly shut down event, put items back in their original place, shut off all lights, turn off air and throw out the trash will result in a fine of $250.
