Parking description
Parking is limited in the Nomad area since Broadway is mostly for walking but it is fairly easy to unload by the freight entrance and then go find parking a few blocks away.
General Rules
No Smoking in the space
Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors
Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
The front door must be locked upon departure from the space; please use the key code provided
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Only recording is of the front door when you enter and exit not the entire space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Between each booking we will be giving the space a deep clean and proper disinfecting per CDC and local guidelines.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
