GENERAL RULES No smoking in house; Use of kitchen and outside catering is allowed; No raucous parties; Any other items are open for discussion. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is $250, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. PETS/ANIMALS You may bring your pet with you there is a $250 pet fee. If, as a result of a disability, you or a guest during your stay requires an assistive animal, please contact the host. If you do have a pet or assistive animal, it must be licensed and tagged and all inoculations must be current. You are responsible for your pet/assistive animal and for any damage and injury it may cause. If, at any time, we believe your pet/animal is annoying, bothersome, a nuisance, or a threat to others, we may require you to remove it from Airbnb. We reserve the right to deflea, deodorize and shampoo the premises to address pet-related odors, etc. If we incur cost in doing so, you will be required to reimburse us for those costs. At our discretion, you may be required to have a licensed veterinarian verify your pet/animal’s weight and breed. We may also request a photograph of your pet/animal for record keeping. The policy described herein also applies to pets/assistive animals belonging to guest who may be visiting the Airbnb or staying with you, even on a short-term or temporary basis. COMMUNITY CONSIDERATIONS When you live in an apartment it is important to be considerate of your neighbors. One of the easiest things you can do to help avoid disturbing your neighbors is to remember to keep your stereo, computer, and television volume low. You are responsible for the behavior of all of your guests. If you have friends over, please avoid loud voices and noise – day or night and absolutely no loud noises after 2am. City Ordinance 11pm. SMOKING When smoking, we ask that you be considerate of the house rules and smoke outside. Please refrain from allowing the level of smoke to become excessive or to become bothersome to others. Please refrain from smoking inside the Airbnb, and do not dispose of cigarette butts in the Peerspace, including areas with mulch. Use the outside dumpsters/ trash cans.
