About the Space

Photo shoots, videos, small events, dinner parties, weddings, showers, gender reveals, you name it. This backyard has enough space to comfortably accommodate up to 30 people. Inside can comfortably accommodate 20 people. I work with several transportation companies as well as other vendors. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

To allow for everyone's safety, we only allow up to 30 guests to occupy the 10,000 sqft outdoor space and only 20 guests can occupy the 2,000 sq ft indoor space.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
