COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The house is disinfected and thoroughly cleaned by a professional cleaning team between each rental.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

About the Space

Photo shoots, videos, small events, dinner parties, weddings, showers, gender reveals, you name it. This backyard has enough space to comfortably accommodate up to 40 people. The inside can comfortably accommodate 25 Tables and chairs are available for an additional fee. I work with several transportation companies as well as other vendors. Let's make your dream come true with the perfect backdrop at the Waterfront Paradise House!

Parking description

A total of 8 cars can fit in the driveway. Lyft and Uber are encouraged.

General Rules

- No smoking in the building - Outside catering is recommended. - Professional chefs allowed to cook in kitchen and will require additional licensing and fees. - No alcohol allowed after 8pm. Anyone consuming alcohol must be 21. - If you are selling tickets to an event or selling alcohol you must provide event insurance. - No noise after 9pm Sunday - Monday and after 12 midnight on Friday and Saturday

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

A camera is in the driveway to allow us to see the entire front yard.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
