About the Space

Crown Heights based storefront is accepting bookings for your personal and creative needs. We provide a white box location for your to decorate as desired or we can recruit one of our amazing vendors to decorate for you! We allow all baby shower, kid, and elder/senior related events. We also allow Paint Parties, Pop Up Shop, Birthday Parties and Dinners up to 60 people indoors. We also have a backyard that can be added on that can accommodate another 30-40 people. The booking price is for the inside space only. Be sure to add on the Backyard add-on to use the yard. When you book 5 or more hours, you get 1 hour for setup and 1 hour for break down. If you are booking 5+ hours, only book the timeframe of the actual event. Update : Gate in backyard is gone so it's bigger now!

General Rules

General Rules No smoking inside the building. Outside catering and alcohol with temporary liquor license is allowed. Tables / Chairs available for rent or apart of package.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Security cameras will always be on, there is one in the front of the building, one in the back of the room and one in the back yard.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We ask that all guests discard of their own personal garbage in order to reduce the staffs access to possible contaminents. Then, we thoroughly clean and disinfect everything between every booking.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer
