Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We clean and disinfect all areas after every shoot. Including doorknobs and sink areas.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Hand Sanitizer
Disposable masks / face coverings
Disposable gloves
Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

The space has the following features:

About the Space

We have fully equipped photography studio. Full lighting, multiple backdrops. Can be used for any type of photography session. We have two fully equipped film studios. This listing is for private access to our smaller, classic studio. please inquire via Peerspace messaging if you're interested. Smaller one has multiple back drops, green screen, and lighting. Studio B offers comparable green screen capabilities for smaller jobs, such as simple talking head videos and interviews. Both studios are ideal for music videos, corporate videos, mitzvah and wedding work or action packed CGI scenes.
