Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer

Located in the heart of uptown Palm Spring's Design District, this colorful and splashy venue is perfect for hosting any type of creative activation and event. Prime location between Palm Canyon and Indian Canyon - easily assessable from Highway 111 and walkable to and from restaurants, hotels, and neighboring businesses. 1 bathroom on site. Private parking lot in back with back door entrance as well.

This location lobby has one skylight in the main room above and floor to ceiling window views from the main street. These can be blocked out with curtains if needed to shoot in the front lobby. Back galley is much more controllable for lighting, which also includes track lights.
