If you are looking for spaces that are perfectly styled and cohesive - this home is it! This home includes the sweetest front porch for a cozy modern farmhouse feel. It includes 2,200 SF that has been fully updated with custom details and finishes. This homes provides wonderful texture throughout along with well styled kid bedrooms, bathrooms, office with custom barn doors, and open concept kitchen and living space. The kitchen and living room have large windows for all your natural light shots! We look forward to hosting you for all of your content creation needs! *Please note front door has been painted pink & it makes for adorable exterior shots! *Basement unfinished/under construction

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
