About the Space
The space is for a renovated 1970s "bow roof" cabin on Mount Hood. The cabin is divided into two spaces -- (1) the main cabin, which is 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and (2) a ground level studio apartment. This listing is for renting out both of those spaces at once as we really can't rent out one to other guests with a production crew shooting on the other. The cabin is located in a residential part of Mount Hood, in the town of Government Camp. Other neighbor's cabins are nearby and our street is full of lots of trees and a running creek. It's just a short walk up E Blossom Trail, to the many trails and wilderness of Mount Hood (and at the base of Timberline Lodge.) For larger shoots (e.g., over 4 people on site), or for shoots in which you plan to move furniture or other property around, we will require guests to have a Certificate of Insurance and also list our LLC as an additional co-insured on the COI.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
