About the Space

Our studio is located in up-beat Prospect heights Brooklyn. It is a creative space for all levels of production (This listing is for meetings, presentations and workshops. See our other listings for productions and events.)We have 1000 sq ft of space to use including a back yard with a beautiful white brick wall, wall to wall windows that provides beautiful natural light, white walls and high ceilings. We are located near the Underhill walls which is a non profit art installation located at the corner of St.Johns Pl and Underhill Ave. We are also located near The Barclays Center, The Brooklyn Botanical Garden, Prospect Park and The Brooklyn Museum. Amenities Include: Hair and make-up station, changing station, full sized mirror, lounge area, wardrobe rack and hangers, high-speed wifi, Sonos wireless sound system, kitchenette with mini fridge, in space bathroom and backyard. Equipment included in rental rate: 24 ghost chairs , 4 6 foot tables, clear acrylic easel, Sonos wireless speaker system, powerful ac and heating system and a wide array of furniture and props.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable gloves

The space was perfect! It was clean with nice special accommodations like a garment rack and steamer. There were more set options and props than we knew what to do with. Host was super helpful. Would definitely book again.

We booked this space for a maternity shoot and loved how our pictures came out. The space had awesome lighting and lots of great areas and props for photos. Billy was very responsive and flexible when we needed to book additional time at the last minute. I would definitely recommend this space to anyone looking to host a shoot.
