About the Space
This place would be great for photo and video shoots. Hopefully the reviews speak for themselves! There is a discounted rate for weekday bookings (Monday to Friday is £39ph). Weekends are £48ph. Free parking for one vehicle in the driveway. Your booking time includes your set up and pack up activities so if you know you'll need some extra time for this kindly factor it in the number of hours booked. Semi-open plan living and kitchen, plus a main bedroom. The floor plan, layout and room sizes are shown in the photo reel. The decor of the main living area is monochromatic with bursts of colour. The bedroom is neutral toned, with soft lighting possible. All design has been carefully thought through and the bathroom has recently been fully modernised. There is a private garden which can be accessed directly from the living space, which is charged as an add on of £25 per booking (not per hour). Overtime will be charged at £10 per 10 minutes, starting from the time your booking was due to end. Pre-visits are welcome up to a maximum of 15 minutes.
