All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

The space is a beautiful 2.8-acre property located on Agua Dulce Canyon Road in Agua Dulce, California. Minutes away from the famous Vasquez Rocks and well-known Agua Dulce Airport. This property includes a front lot and street parking that can accommodate up to 50 parked cars. There is a 200 amp service on the property with a garage hanger on the side of the house located in front of a kid’s treehouse and large sized barn. The property also includes a small-sized kids’ playground and Ping-Pong table located behind the back porch that has a BBQ/bar area, fire pit, and lounge chairs. In the back portion of the property across the bridge and the creek, there is a vintage/retro style clubhouse that includes lounge chairs and is located right next to a golfer putting green. From the clubhouse there is a hill that extends to the top of the property where you can see a beautiful view of the mountains and the town. The property is the perfect event venue that can accommodate studio filming trucks, star wagons, conex storage units, crew and talent parking, and more.

General Rules

House rules will be discussed prior to or at the signing of any contract. There is smoking, but only in designated areas. There is alcohol allowed if the event permits there to be. Everyone must sign a waiver and contract. Very low noise allowed after 10p.
