About the Space

The 1400 sq. ft. house has 3 bedrooms with a 400 sq. ft. finished upstairs attic. The inside is bright with lots of tall windows. It is fully furnished with beds, living and dining room with a small chef's kitchen. The back outdoor courtyard is roomy with an urban garden, raised beds and a gorgeous hedge that's about 10' tall. the property is fenced in with a motorized gate. This space is perfect for a small gathering for up to 75 seated guests, company meetings, yoga, picnics, movie nights, pop up markets, food truck parties or just relaxing. Walking distance to restaurants, movie theater, breweries and bars and shopping.
