Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We have a cleaning service that does a deep cleaning once a week and sanitizes after each use. All guests have to clean and bag their trash. Clean up any dishes take any belongings that your brought in we will not be held responsible for any items left behind.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

Our location is tucked away from busy traffic nose and our neighboring business is a general admin office so there is never any noise from them or any appliances

Equipment loading description

There is no loading zone. We are a one level facility where loading can be taken through either one of our entrances.

Staging area is available

As we are a facility with many rooms, crew can utilize our other rooms not being utilized which production is taking place.

All rooms are available for shooting

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

The power rating is unknown, however there are plenty of outlets and the circuit breaker is centrally located between our two main rooms easily assessable in the event of an outage.

General Rules

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture can be moved around and some furniture can be removed from the building on a case-by-case basis which has to be confirmed with management. Wall decorations can be removed as long as they are placed back immediately at the end of your session.

Security cameras and recording devices

I have three security cameras in the space that record due to liability. One in Both entrances.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
