About the Space
This dream backyard is wonderful for outdoor events such as birthday parties, dinner parties, showers, and more. It holds up to 50 people. We have a full outdoor kitchen with a wood fired pizza oven, wood fire Brazilian BBQ, Yoder smoker, warming drawer, electric fryer, wok station, ice maker, commercial fridge, and seats 6 at the bar. There is also a space with a firepit and marvelous pool with spa. Available is also a ping pong table. The space also has an outdoor bathroom attached to the house and a large grass area.

There is plenty of street parking in the neighborhood. No restrictions.
General Rules

Outside catering is allowed
No pets allowed
Music should end by 10:00 with an hour for clean up
Property must be vacated by 11:00 p.m.
A Security Deposit of $500.00 in cash will be required 24 hours before the event. If no damage to the owners property is found, the security deposit will be refunded within 24 hours of the event via Zelle or Venmo.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There are outdoor cameras in the front yard and back yard. Also there are cameras on the side of the house and in front of the garage.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
