About the Space
The outdoor space is great for celebrations, reunions, and any events for those who want a beautiful country setting. Also great for photo shoots. The indoor space is great for dinner parties up to 12 people. Great location across the road from a vineyard. Wonderful setting for picnics and barbecues. Rubber rafts can be used on the pond. There is room to set up a volleyball or badminton net, or to play frisbee. A tent rental will be necessary for outdoor gatherings greater than 12 in case of rain. Gatherings of more than 12 will also need a portapotty rental. Access to indoor kitchen and living space is negotiable.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
